Yes, shipping is free for orders above ₹999. (This is subject to change without notice.)
2. How soon will my order be shipped within India?
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days.
3. How long will delivery take in India?
Our delivery partners usually take up to 7 days to deliver to your doorstep.
4. Can I request faster delivery?

6. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, cancellation is free.

For orders below ₹600, customers must ship items back to our office.

We do not accept returns for sale items or products below ₹300.
🔄 Exchanges
7. Can I exchange a product with a manufacturing defect?
Yes. If notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will exchange it free of cost.
8. What if I ordered the wrong size?
We offer one free size exchange (up or down by one size only).

If you need to change by two or more sizes, you’ll need to courier the product back to us. We will ship the replacement free of cost.
9. Can I exchange a product for a different design?
Yes, but you’ll need to courier the product to us, and we will charge ₹50 per t-shirt as a replacement fee.
10. Are customised products eligible for exchange?
No. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes "Official Merch" as well.
11. Are sale items or products below ₹300 eligible for exchange?
No. Items on sale or below ₹300 are not eligible for exchange.
12. What are the conditions for exchange?

The product must be in its original condition, packaging, and tags.

The item should not be used, washed, or damaged.

Replacements will only be shipped after we receive and review the returned product.
