A content heart makes us happy. So, if you are not happy with the product that you have received, you can return it to us.
What you need to do:
- Send an email to email@example.com along with your order ID stating your reason for returning the product. Attach a picture of the product.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packing along with its tags, etc.
- Courier it to our office.
What we will do:
If you have requested for a replacement, we will courier your replacement once we receive your consignment. There will be no refund of money.
If you return the product and cancel the order, then we will review your complaint and inspect the product upon receipt. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will refund you the product cost only. Charges incurred on shipping are non-refundable.
