How do I place an order on your website?

Our products are listed under various categories. Please select the product you wish to buy and click “Buy”. This will add the selected product to your shopping cart and display your product. If you choose to increase the quantity, you can enter the new quantity, and then, click “update”. If you choose to continue shopping, you can click on the Menu bar (to shop for more of our wide range of products like T-Shirts, Magnets, etc.) or, click “Checkout” and proceed to make payment. Follow the instructions on the payment page to complete your order. 

Do you accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Yes. However, it may not be available on all pincodes.
 
What are the available payment options?
You can make your payment using your Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net banking. All our online payments are made through RazorPay are secure.
 
Can an order be cancelled after making the payment?
Order cancellation is possible only prior to making your payment. We have provided safety checks at various points before the order confirmation page, for you to cancel your order if you so wish. However, if the consignment has not been shipped, please email us and we will help you out.
 
How are orders confirmed?
You will receive an email from ChrisCross.in confirming your order along with an order number for tracking your order. Within the denoted shipping period, you will receive a second email confirming the shipping details.
 
How do I keep track of any new products or offers?
Subscribe to our Newsletter. As and when new products/offers are launched, we will email you. Or, follow us on our social pages.

How are our orders shipped?
We have an agreement with E.com Express to ship all our products across India. Each product is carefully packed to prevent any damage to the product during transit.
 
Do you ship your products outside India?
Our standard shipping policy is for India only. However, if you wish to order or ship outside India, please reach us at sales@chriscross.in for assistance.
 
As a freelancer, can I provide a design to be converted to products?
Yes. We love to work with freelancers and we are good pay masters too!
