Refund & Return Policy – FAQs
1. Can I return a product if I’m not happy with it?
Yes! A content heart makes us happy too. If you’re not satisfied with the product you’ve received, you can return it to us, provided it meets our return conditions.
2. What are the conditions for a refund?
A refund will be processed only if:

We are notified within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The product is not purchased on discount (sale items are non-returnable).

The product value is above ₹300 (Keytags, stickers, and other low-value items are not eligible).

The order was prepaid. (COD orders are not eligible for refunds.)
3. How do I request a return?
You need to:

Send us an email at sales@chriscross.in or WhatsApp us at +91 81489 60664 with your order ID and reason for return.

Attach a clear picture of the product.

Ensure the product is in its original condition, packaging, and tags.

Courier the product to our office address (details below).
4. What happens after I return the product?

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for damage or usage.

If it shows any signs of use, the refund will not be processed.

If it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 4 working days.
5. How will I receive my refund?

For Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

For COD Orders: ₹100 will be deducted as shipping/handling charges. The balance will not be refunded but issued as store credit for your next order.
6. How can I contact you for returns?
Timings: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6 PM). Closed on weekends & public holidays.
