Shipping Policy

1. Do you offer free shipping within India?

Yes, shipping is free for orders above ₹999. (This is subject to change without notice.)


2. How soon will my order be shipped within India?

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days.


3. How long will delivery take in India?

Our delivery partners usually take up to 7 days to deliver to your doorstep.


4. Can I request faster delivery?

Yes. Please WhatsApp us at +91 81489 60664 (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM IST) with your order number. Our team will check and let you know the options.


5. How are international orders shipped?

  • Orders are shipped within 3 working days.

  • Delivery takes up to 14 days, depending on your location.

  • Any import duty or local taxes applicable in your country must be borne by you.

❌ Cancellations

6. Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, cancellation is free.

  • For orders below ₹600, customers must ship items back to our office.

  • We do not accept returns for sale items or products below ₹300.


🔄 Exchanges

7. Can I exchange a product with a manufacturing defect?

Yes. If notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will exchange it free of cost.


8. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer one free size exchange (up or down by one size only).

  • If you need to change by two or more sizes, you’ll need to courier the product back to us. We will ship the replacement free of cost.


9. Can I exchange a product for a different design?

Yes, but you’ll need to courier the product to us, and we will charge ₹50 per t-shirt as a replacement fee.


10. Are customised products eligible for exchange?

No. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes "Official Merch" as well.


11. Are sale items or products below ₹300 eligible for exchange?

No. Items on sale or below ₹300 are not eligible for exchange.


12. What are the conditions for exchange?

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original condition, packaging, and tags.

  • The item should not be used, washed, or damaged.

  • Replacements will only be shipped after we receive and review the returned product.
